At Blu Arroz, every dish is made entirely from scratch. That means no pre-made sauces pulled from industrial tubs. No shortcuts on the proteins, no frozen shortcuts on the seafood. When we say Seafood Pad Cha comes with fresh shrimp, white clams, mussels, scallop, and fish - we mean fresh. When we say the Crispy Duck Basil is served with seasonal vegetables and fresh basil leaf - that basil was whole this morning.
